Threading

Threading is an art of removing unwanted hair from the skin using a thin doubled and twisted cotton or polyester thread. It is an efficient way plucking the hair at the follicle level. Unlike tweezing, where single hairs are pulled out one at a time, threading can remove short rows of hair.

Unlike waxing, threading provides more precise control in shaping eyebrows, and it is gentle on the skin. An experienced threading artist can control the thread movement and pressure on the skin resulting in great shape in less than 10 minutes.

Threading allows for a more defined and precise shape and can create better definition for eyebrows. It is also used as a method of removing unwanted hair on the entire face and upper lip area.
